AccorsHotels international hotel chain inaugurated the Kemayoran area of the hotel called the Grand Mercure Mahacipta. The hotel is a five star hotel both labeled Gran Mercure in Indonesia.
Awalya is an apartment hotel with 504 units of the Gran Mercure room then turn it into a hotel with complete facilities. The cost to fix the apartment into a hotel requires an investment of up to 500 billion.
The hotel now has 505 rooms of various types. The room type consists of 183 superior class rooms, 133 deluxe rooms, 103 clasic rooms, 28 executive rooms, 30 rooms bussines suites, 26 executive suites, and 2 phentouse.
The hotel also has a slogan "Discover New Othentic" which can be seen from the hospitality of the hotel staff, the architecture, the use of batik cloth, and Indonesian food menu. In addition, the hotel also have the complete facilities. The facility can be used for MICE activities, namely in Magnolia Grand Ballroom that can accommodate 2000 people and Lotus Sky Ballroom with a capacity of 1,200 people. In addition there are also several rooms that can be used as a meeting room.
